Mentors develop a 1:1 relationship with clients and serve as a positive role model. Clients are engaged in activities to help develop trust, healthy bonds, and discuss matters important to them. HS diploma with 1 year experience required.

Emergency mental health provided in a 24/7 availability context. Staff are trained in psychopharmacology, de-escalation, and respond in community settings. Youth are engaged in recreational therapy, 1:1 counseling, and other treatment modalities I.e. art, dance, and sports for therapeutic purposes. Must have at minimum HS Diploma. Related four-year and Master's degrees are preferred.

Psychotherapy provided by licensed practitioners in an outpatient mental health clinic setting.

Life skills and treatment groups provide the context for adolescents to make treatment progress via mutual aid led by trained and/or licensed practitioners or interns.
